North Canterbury Gathering, Waipara 2025

On Monday 24 February, over 70 Old Collegians and their partners joined Rector Mark Wilson, and OCA President, Sam Crosbie, at the picturesque Waipara Springs Winery for our North Canterbury Gathering.

The afternoon could not have been more perfect, with fantastic weather that complemented the stunning vineyard setting. This well-attended reunion brought together alumni from the Class of 1951 through to 2024, creating a vibrant atmosphere of camaraderie and connection.

We were also lucky to have this year’s Head Boarders, Lachie Sidey and Cata Serrano Burgos, join us to share their experiences and hear the memories of boarders who have gone before them.

It was heartwarming to see so many Old Collegians from North Canterbury, many of whom are past or current parents, reinforcing the strong bonds and connections within our alumni community.

Thank you to all our guests for making this event truly special and to our hosts Bruce Moore (OC 1962) and Andrew Moore (OC 1991). We look forward to reuniting again next year!
