Exercise and Fitness Club

The focus of the St Andrew's College exercise and fitness club is for students to enjoy exercising together and improving fitness through a mixture of both walking and running, but also occasional training sessions in the gym.

There are no organised competitions or events, as the emphasis is simply exercising together. The group meets throughout the year on a Wednesday, after school.

This activity will appeal to those who enjoy non-competitive fitness, or those involved in other sporting codes who may want or need some extra, regular weekly exercise. Activities are mostly based around school but will include visits to other locations by arrangement.

No special equipment is required (i.e. only normal PE gear and running shoes). Students will be informed of any variations to the regular schedule the day before.
