Pilates/Stretch and Limber

The Pilates/Stretch and Limber class will assist in preparing your body for your chosen sport or dance genre by learning: correct posture, body alignment, how to stabilise your core and engage all muscle groups.  

It will assist in preparing your body for your chosen sport or dance genre by learning: correct posture, body alignment, how to stabilise your core and engage all muscle groups.  

This versatile class complements any dance genre or high level sport training. It is also excellent for injury rehabilitation and is open to all Secondary School students.

The class takes place in the College Ballet Studio on Monday mornings, before school.
